RP Consulate in Manado Participates in Indonesia’s Scuba World Records Anniversary Celebration
1 September 2010 - The Philippine Consulate General in Manado participated in the 1 st Anniversary Celebration of Guinness World Records for the Largest Scuba Diving Lesson and Most People Scuba Diving Simultaneously in Manado City on August 16. The event was held in Malalayang Beach and participated by around 300 professional and amateur divers, 25 of whom are from different countries.
